How your account, organization and modules fit together, and what to set up first.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Account and organization

Your account is your personal sign-in. An organization is the business you work with: its documents, clients, bank accounts, team and subscription. One account can belong to several organizations. Check the selected organization before entering a document.

If a colleague has already created the business, ask for a team invitation. You do not need a second organization simply to get access to the same work.

Your first four steps

  1. Create an account with email or Google and enter the organization's details.
  2. Check the company details, bank account and document numbering before issuing anything.
  3. Create your first invoice, add a client and line items, then review the amounts.
  4. Send it and track payment. The client receives a link to the document in the client portal.

Find the right module

  • Sales: invoices, quotes, credit and debit notes, clients and items.
  • Purchases: upload, recognize and review expense documents.
  • Bank: statements and reconciliation against documents and liabilities.
  • Personnel: costs and payments from prepared D1 and D6 files.
  • Declarations: journals, declarations and reporting files for a selected period.
  • Accounting: entries, trial balance, general ledger and reports.
  • Files: folders, originals and shared access to documents.
  • Analytics: income, expenses, receivables and comparisons across periods.
  • Integrations: automatic document creation from supported Stripe events.

Plans and permissions

Your plan determines the available modules and limits. Your role determines what you can do in them. Access to a paid module does not let a Viewer change its data.

Each module guide shows its minimum plan. See the plan comparison for current prices, billing intervals and limits. Manage colleagues' access through Team and roles.

Documentation language

Bulgarian is the primary documentation language. Use the language menu to open the same guide in English. Changing the website language does not change issued documents or organization settings.
