Personnel
Import prepared D1 and D6 files, review monthly personnel costs and track payments.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
Business and aboveWhat the module does
Personnel records monthly personnel costs from prepared Bulgarian D1 and D6 declaration files. It helps track amounts by person, contributions, tax and payments within the same organization.
It is not a full payroll system. Prepare the declarations in your payroll software or obtain them from your accountant. The module does not replace payroll calculation or submission of the declarations.
Import a month
- Prepare the original D1 and D6 text files for the correct organization and period.
- Open Personnel and choose the import action.
- Add the D1 and D6 files to their respective fields. Use the
.txtexports, not PDF printouts. - Confirm the import and check the reported month and number of people.
- Review the rows and totals before working with payments.
Differences between files
After importing, the application may report differences between D1 and D6 by contribution fund. Review the warning and compare the files with their source. An imported month does not mean that every discrepancy has been resolved.
If importing fails, check the files' format, period and organization. Do not change amounts arbitrarily to make validation pass.
Payments and access
Review recorded liabilities and payments for the selected month. When using Bank, match transactions to the correct person or liability type and period.
Roles with working access can see detailed data. Viewers receive summary information without the detailed rows by person. Check Team and roles before inviting a colleague.
Before closing the month
Compare the selected month with the file period, number of people, total costs and recorded payments. Resolve or clarify discrepancy warnings with the person who prepared the declarations. Then review the result in Accounting.
