Team and roles
Invite colleagues and your accountant, and give them appropriate organization access.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
Invite a colleague
An administrator manages the team in Settings → Users. Enter an email, select a role and send the invitation. The recipient must accept it using an account with that same email.
A pending invitation does not yet grant access. Resend an expired invitation. If the application requires a pause between sends, do not repeat the action immediately.
Choose a role
| Role | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manages the organization, settings, integrations and team. |
| Accountant | Works with documents and modules included in the plan, without managing the team or administrator integrations. |
| Viewer | Reads permitted data without creating or editing it. Sensitive personnel, banking and accounting-entry details are restricted. |
A role does not unlock a module excluded from the plan. See the relevant module guide for specific restrictions.
Team seats
The allowance includes the owner and pending invitations. Starter has one seat for the owner; separate access for a colleague or accountant requires a plan with more seats.
The counter in settings shows occupied seats. If you reach the limit, withdraw an unnecessary invitation, remove someone who no longer needs access, or change plans. Current allowances are on the pricing page.
Change or remove access
Select a new role in the person's row and save. To remove access, use the removal action and confirm. Check the email before changing permissions.
The last administrator cannot be removed or demoted. Give another member the Admin role first if you are handing over management.
Several organizations
One account can belong to multiple organizations with different roles. Switch through the organization menu. An invitation to one business does not grant access to the others, and limits are counted separately for each organization.
